Viennese string quartets "Anthropos" - "Four Continents" and Imperial and Royal Strings Johann Strauss brought all social classes and countries together in the Austro-Hungarian Empire with the magic of his music and helped the Viennese waltz to conquer the whole world. Being true Austrians, naturally the Viennese "Waltz Kings" Johann Johann Strauss, Carl Michael Ziehrer and Joseph Lanner naturally did not neglect the polka, czardas and rousing marches. With his violin in hand, it was "Schani" Strauss in particular, as he is still fondly called today in common parlance, who lent all these dances their typically unmistakeable style and is now known the world over as "Viennese music". Dancing the waltz can be one of the highlights of the programme combined with the musical performance and can be arranged for an event with dinner for parties of up to 200, in which case the banqueting hall of the monastery cellar is converted to an exclusive dance hall. By special request, we will be happy to engage dancing couples from famous Viennese dancing schools to dance the classical Viennese waltz". |
